Working Policy

At “Fusionbit” we believe in 100% transparency of work keeping in mind that clients/customers data/information is never compromised and is always kept safe and taken care of. At “Fusionbit” our development team will always try their best to deliver good quality of work with aesthetically appealing designs.

Though we provide customised software services, we expect some information to be provided from client/customer before we start working on their project. It would always be great to properly know the client's requirement.

Delivery of Work

Delivery of the project will depend on the total modules in the project and number of developers working on it. There may be delays in work in conditions where we have not received any clarifications from clients, if the requirements are not clear and the client is confused about what they exactly need, if the client is not staying in proper contact with the project manager, and if the requirements are not concrete and were just briefed by the client.

Service Policy

Changes/Modification Policy

Requests for changes or modifications after the delivery of the project shall be made with a revised time and cost estimation. Any changes related to existing functionality or features could cause side effects and could affect other modules connected with it, so it is possible that our team may require more time to deliver the changes than expected or committed.

Payment Policy

10% advance payment shall be made before our team starts working on the project. Payment cycle should be monthly for long term projects or should be in parts as decided by the delivery of the work in versions or module wise for short term projects. Per hour prices for local projects are fixed based on the project complexity and modules.

Maintenance Contract Policy

We at “Fusionbit” generally provide 3 to 6 months of free maintenance which covers small UI changes and support at no extra cost. Then after, if any client has done AMC with us they are liable for the following things:

  • Request for small changes shall be closed in 24 hrs.
  • Request for large changes could take 2 to 3 working days to get resolved.
  • Server optimisations and code optimisations shall be done with extra cost.

“Fusionbit” is an IT firm established 6 years ago. This policy is developed based on the experience and learnings of the company in the mentioned time span.

The company has full right to modify the policy with time without any prior notice to its clients/employees/customers.
